RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We truly hope you never have to return a product, but if you do we will do our best to satisfy your expectations and help you to be happy with your purchased items. Our policy lasts 30 days from the order date if you want to Exchanging an item, and 15 days from the order date in the case you are Returning an item.

How to Return an item?

 

You can return an item if it is unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to start Returns procedure, you must send us an email at assistant@ikikoboutique.com. After letting us know via email that you intend to return an item, carefully pack an item without taking labels off. Be sure you add purchase receipt with an item you are returning. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you shall receive back payment within 3-10 working days. In the case your return does not comply with Return conditions, item will be sent back to you without extra shipping charge.

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. 

International orders and art purchases are final.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

How to Exchange an item?

All of our products are made in small batches or are unique and limited quantity. In order to make sure the item you’d like to purchase is in stock, we recommend that you approach us by email (assistant@ikikoboutique.com) before your original purchase has reached us. We will reserve desired item and ship it once item you are sending back reaches us.

The conditions of Exchanging your item are the same as when Returning your item: an item you desire to exchange must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to start Exchange procedure, you must send us an email to assistant@ikikoboutique.com. After letting us know via email that you intend to exchange an item, carefully pack an item without taking labels off. Be sure you add purchase receipt with an item you are exchanging. In the case you are making exchange with the same shipping company we used for delivery, returning will be free of charge. If you decide to use another shipping company, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs.

After receiving item you wish to exchange, it will be inspected by our side. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you regarding the status of the Exchange. If approved, you shall receive new item. In the case your exchange does not comply with Exchange conditions, item will be sent back to you without extra shipping charge.
